CANADIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY

We currently ship exclusively within Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders must have a valid Canadian shipping address.

1. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, including tracking information to monitor your delivery.

2. DELIVERY TIMES BY REGION

3. DISCREET PACKAGING

All orders are shipped in completely discreet packaging:

  • Plain, unmarked boxes or padded envelopes
  • No company branding or logos on exterior
  • Generic return address
  • No indication of contents on packaging
  • Secure, tamper-evident sealing

Your privacy is our priority. Package contents are never visible or identifiable from the outside.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

You can also track your order by:

  • Logging into your account and viewing your order history
  • Using the tracking number on the carrier's website
  • Contacting our support team with your order number

5. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date
  • We will investigate with the carrier
  • Lost packages may be reshipped or refunded at our discretion

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Do not dispose of damaged items until we authorize
  • We will arrange replacement or refund

6. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Address Requirements:

  • Must be a valid Canadian address
  • PO Boxes are accepted for most orders
  • Ensure all address details are complete and accurate
  • Include apartment/unit numbers where applicable

Signature Requirements:

  • Some orders may require signature upon delivery
  • If no one is available, the carrier will leave a delivery notice
  • You may need to pick up from a local post office or depot

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We cannot ship to:

  • Addresses outside of Canada
  • Forwarding services or freight forwarders
  • Known fraudulent or suspicious addresses

We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect they are being shipped to circumvent our policies or local regulations.

8. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain threshold — check our current promotions for details.

Express shipping options may be available at additional cost. Contact us before placing your order if you need expedited shipping.
